What is the criteria for membership?
Applicants must hold a C-level position, directorship, or be a founder of a company with proven revenue or funding. We conduct a thorough background check and interview process to ensure alignment with our club's values.
Can I bring guests to the physical lounges?
Yes. Global Partner members can bring up to 3 guests per visit to any of our reciprocal lounges globally. Executive members are permitted 1 guest. Boardroom bookings allow for full team access during the reserved time.
How does the cancellation and refund process work?
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your membership within 14 days of approval for a full refund (pro-rated if services were heavily utilized). After 14 days, the annual commitment is non-refundable, but you may opt out of the following year's renewal at any time.
Are the membership fees tax deductible?
For many members, club fees are treated as a legitimate business networking and training expense. Upon payment, you receive a full VAT invoice. However, we advise consulting with your local tax professional for specific regional tax regulations.
